How to Create Windows Themes with Windows 7
I want to show you how to create a windows theme pack for Windows & and later versionsFirst get all the pictures you need to use to create the theme into one folder, and note where you saved the folder containing the images
Now on the Desktop, right-click on an empty space and click on personalize,
Go to desktop background,
Beside picture, location click on browse,
Locate the folder where you saved the images you want to use for themes and select the folder,
You want to create your own theme pack so you can change the windows color to the one you like,
You can also change sounds,
After editing right-click on the newly created theme that is labeled unsaved theme,
click on save for sharing and choose.
