How to create a multi-boot USB

14:01

There are many reasons why you will need to create a multiboot USB drive.

In my previous article, I taught us How to create a bootable flash drive. But then it was for one single bootable file lets say just windows 7 or Antivirus rescue disc. Now I want to show us how to create a bootable flash drive consisting of more than one bootable.
Just like the other time, there are various apps that can be used to achieve this, but I like to use Your Universal Multiboot Installer (YUMI), I like YUMI because it is very easy to use and it is recommended around the web.
You can download YUMI from their official page here: YUMI
Before we continue on How to create a multiboot USB I assume you have already downloaded an ISO file or you created one of the bootable you want. If you need help creating an ISO file for any bootable you can refer to this article on @how to create an ISO file.

Run YUMI program
You must have attached your USB flash drive, Now choose the drive letter of your flash drive, in the picture above mine is (G:), then select a distribution from the drop-down on the second option. The third option is to choose where the ISO file is located and go ahead and click on create.
When that is done you will be prompted to add more ISOs, click yes to add another ISO or click no to finish. To add another bootable click yes and repeat the above steps. Bear in mind that to create a multiboot USB it will take some time.

Once it's done you are good to go. To accommodate more bootable files you should use a flash drive with a large capacity. Let's say you want Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 all in one drive, I guess the drive should be at least 16GB.
And that is all on how to create a multiboot USB.
Do you have another app you use other than YUMI you can let us know through the comments section, and do subscribe to receive our updates.
